 Ways to meditate on Scripture 

o Say it out loud

o Write it down
o Pray it out loud
o Sing it out loud
o Decree it (speaking with authority)

Discuss: We become most like the people and things we admire most and spend the most time focusing on. How can you commit to spending more time meditating on God? What might be some obstacles to making this commitment? How can we (the church and/or your care group) pray for you and help you in this commitment?
