Bethesda Leadership Summit

Each year select applicants are chosen to embark on a 10 month leadership journey called "Bethesday Leadership Summit" (BLS). Throughout the year the BLS class participates in the following leadership building activities: 

• Monthly Leadership Training Seminars (2 hours, Instructors include both internal and external leaders.)
• 6 Group Pastoral Mentoring Sessions
• Large Group Project with planning meetings (Group Project is identified among the class & worked on throughout the 10 months)
• Individual Project - 360 Leadership Assessment (To be completed through Zach Prosser Coaching)
